You know, like Apples new iOS release that had to be fixed a couple of days after it was released. The second excuse was: The problems are good news because it means that theres millions of people who want health care and theyre overloading the system. The third excuse was: The system needs a few fixes. Were taking it down for maintenance. The fourth excuse was: The website is not performing the way anyone wants. The fifth excuse: No sugar coating it. Its not working well but that means itll get fixed. The sixth excuse: Were getting the best experts from inside the government and outside industry. Itll be working soon. Its a good product at a good price. The seventh excuse: We really needed 5 years to set up a website. But since the American people couldnt wait 5 years, after 3 years we released something that didnt work. Are you guys sure there isnt a video that you want to blame? That worked in Benghazi.
