Katie George Galeota and I have been able to finalize funeral details for our Dad, Leo I. George and wanted to share them. My apologies for the informality of FB, but this seems to be the easiest and fastest way for us to share the details. A funeral Mass will be held at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church on Saturday, August 16 at 10:00 a.m. with Dads cousin, Father William L. George, officiating. Friends may call at Everly Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500 W. Braddock Road, Alexandria, VA 22302 on Friday, August 15 between 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. The calls, visits, e-mails, posts, messages, and texts of condolences and support that we have received have been overwhelming. We are so blessed.
