Keema Pulao :recipe :I used India gate basmati rice .Boil the mutton mince with a pinch of salt and black pepper crushed and half tspn oil .Now strain the water and keep the boiled mince aside .make the basmati rice and before switching off the flame add 1 lemon juice and strain the water and keep it aside .Now heat oil in a non stick kadai and add chopped onions,chopped garlic,chopped ginger ,green chillies,tomatoes and start sauteing ,, do it for 7-8 mins on medium flame or till the onions become transluscent and then add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt , garam masala powder , pinch of sugar and add the mutton mince and cook it for the next 5 -6 mins . then add the prepared basmati rice to it , some fried cashew nuts and raisins and mix everything very well ... adjust salt if reqd , add 1 tblspn of desi ghee before switch off the flame and give it a stir . the pulao is ready !!!!
