Keep the Momentum going in May. Pick 5 (or more!) people from your upline, sideline, or downline and post something nice to their personal pages today. Write individual comments to their timelines and try to relate it to #ItWorks as well! It could be how they have encouraged you or how you have learned from them. For example- Thanks for being a good leader, business partner, friend, support system etc. make it personal and mushy Love this. Remember if it doesnt cause #retention, #revenue or #recognition we shouldnt do it. This should something we do 2-3 times a month. #BetterTogether #OTOM etc... We take a lot of pride in how we work together and invest in one another. Some people have no idea what an encouragement they are to others. So what a cool way to say Thank you!
