Keep this in your heart and mind today. You do not need to get involved in pettiness or hate on a fellow woman. Remember you are a grown woman. Make sure you act like one. Do not compete with any other woman, but the one you see in the mirror. It is you that truly has control over your progression and development. No other woman can stop you. What you NEED to do is shed the thoughts of immaturity and rivalry and work with your fellow sista to gain amazing things together and open the door for other black women/all woman to come through. It is better when we have enough confidence in ourselves and enough love in our hearts that we can securely help each other. Remember a tree without roots is not a tree. Know Your Worth.
