Keeping breakfast healthy & interesting can be a challenge for all of us, if you want a change then give this delicious Miracle Matcha Breakfast Smoothie a go: INGREDIENTS: 1 ripe banana 140g blueberries, raspberries or strawberries (or a mix of your choice) 60ml apple juice 1/2tsp Miracle Matcha 2tsp honey METHOD: 1. Cut the banana into small chunks and add to the blender along with the berries 2. Blend until smooth 3. Add the juice, Miracle Matcha and honey & blend again 4. Serve over ice & enjoy!
