Keithi Kilonzo and the # Wiper Democratic Movement have filed a case seeking to have #Mutula Kilonzo Junior included in Friday’s by- election ballot papers. The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) had printed ballot papers without the name of Wiper party candidate Mutula Kilonzo Junior. # CORD, which is against suggestions by #IEBC that they will paste Mutula Jnr details on the ballot papers had threatened to move to court over the matter . The case will be heard tomorrow (Wednesday, July 24). IEBC CEO James Oswago said if the court does not rule otherwise, the by election will proceed with five candidates contesting.
