Kellogg-WHU kicks off its newly redesigned Advanced Leadership Development Program with a very interesting workshop on Resilience held by leadership coach, Karsten Drath this morning on our Vallendar campus. Some of the new features of the Advanced Leadership Development Program include business coaching sessions and leadership workshops. Because the Kellogg-WHU EMBA Program understands the importance of having a business coach provide constant support throughout the entire EMBA journey, each EMBA student will now be assigned a business coach whose main purpose will be to assist EMBA students with topics such as personal goals, work-life balance, professional development, and team-related issues. In addition, EMBA students will also be required to attend workshops focusing on the learning journey, intercultural interaction, business communication, career design, and post-EMBA transition. Let the leadership fun begin!!
