Kelly Files witness to the shooting said Mike fought with officer over the gun. Officer managed yo get it back. Victim ran officer said freeze he said what are you going to do. He than bum rushed officer he than fired hitting him and kept running. Last bullet hit him in forward. Bottom Line Mike was aggressor and officer did his duty. If course feds noe have body and their autopsy will be falsified for sure!
