The sad truth about the common Nigerians still supporting GEJ is not that they do not know that GMB has more courage to face Nigerian challenges than GEJ, it is the fact that they prefer to bury their conscience to find excuses to discredit the person of GMB. Many are more religious than they are patriotic. Their love for one another as Nigerians is not enough to overcome tribalism. Many are more clannish than they are reasonable. Many are too unforgiving to be believers of any religion- some are still talking about the civil war. Many are too myopic to see that Nigeria will outlive the next four years and so whatever happens within this time will affect our children. Many are not looking up enough to see the Nations that are doing well and learning from them. Many do not know and have not seen development so anything to them is progress even the locomotive engine in this 21st century. We are so afraid of something new that we prefer the blood being spilled, the people being waste every second in the North east, we cannot see the urgency of CHANGE beckoning in our hearts. Let it be record that some of us preferred the COURAGEOUS Nigerian to the good man who is promising us the moon but is not telling us how he can stop Boko haram. It is too hard for me to keep quiet while my countrymen are dying like birds...
