Ken Haggerty - Livermore Audi. I would give this place 10 stars if it were possible. These people are INSANE. And by that I mean scarily good at their jobs. My husband and I are very seasoned car buyers, weve owned one or more of the following: Porsche, BMW, Volvo, Honda, GMC, Buick... you get the idea. Weve been lucky to have had great experiences at most of the places weve dealt with over the years but never, EVER have received service like we received today at Livermore Audi. We qualify for a pretty large discount due to my husbands job, but that presents a unique problem when shopping for an Audi Q5. Finding one to begin with isnt easy, getting someone to sell you one for less than full price is impossible. Multiple dealers in CA told us to beat it, and we were thisclose to having to drive down to Long Beach to pick one up when we heard back from Chris Howard, the sales manager at Livermore Audi. Id left him a message to see if hed be willing to work with us on a car he had in stock,and not only was he willing to do so- he bent over backward to accommodate us. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted, he gave us a great deal on our trade in, and held the car for us all afternoon until we could make the drive over there to pick it up. When we arrived, Chris was a little busy (last day of the month!) so he handed us off to his associate Ken Haggerty to get things rolling. Ken couldnt have been nicer, he helped us with all the paperwork and showed us how to work the thing so as not to get confused and crash it the second we drove it off the lot. Even if its a little farther away (it was for us) its 100% worth it to deal with these guys. The dealership is conveniently located off the freeway, nicely appointed, they have good inventory and the very best part- the best sales staff I have ever worked with. I still cant believe theres a Q5 sitting in our driveway! Never would have happened without the efforts of Chris and Ken.
