Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for a Front of House Anchor for a 5* Multi Award winning lodge based in the Kruger National Park. This position is essential to the Front of House team as you will fill in for other team members when on leave. Your roles will vary from fulfilling the Assistant Lodge Manager role to the Guest Liaisons position. You will need to have great organizing skills and be able to prepare handovers for each staff member when returning from leave and complete tasks that are left by them in their absence. You will be reporting directly to the Lodge Manager for this position. A key factor of this role is to make sure guests have the ultimate guest experience at the lodge. You will be completing several administration tasks including stock control so you will need to be thorough when completing tasks to make sure no errors are made. To be considered for this position we are looking for someone with 4 years experience in the industry (2 years in training) and 2 years in a 5* establishment as an assistant Lodge Manager. Exceptional F&B knowledge is a must as well as a good grasp on financials. Excellent computer literacy again is a must as well as a good understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures. You will need to have great communication skills and great staff relationships are a must to be part of this successful team. In return the company is offering a salary between R8,500 – R10,500 with a contribution to Medical Aid and Provident Fund. You will also be given accommodation, meals and uniform within this salary.
