Kent State University Associate Director of Advancement, Enrollment Management and Student Affairs (#989964) The Associate Director of Advancement will assist with the planning and implementation of a fundraising campaign and events for the division of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs. This position will develop and implement cultivation strategies in consultation with other professional advancement and EMSA staff. Reports to the Executive Director of Advancement, Regional Campuses & Special Programs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and three years fundraising and/or sales experience. Need for flexible work schedule with the ability to travel (which may include overnight stays), and to work nights and weekends.
