Kenyans Politicians are there for names only but not to understand - TopicsExpress

Kenyans Politicians are there for names only but not to understand the meaning of being elected by electorates. Kenyans did not know what the new Constitution is going to bring to the Nation and its people. The thing they should know and understand is that before the New Constitution we had only Parliamentarians and Central Government which was holding both eight (8) Provinces up to the Local Chiefs. Now in the new Constitution we have big changes and more Houses with different powers which can not be mixed up with the old system of Governance. Now I want people and members of Parliament to understand the Powers of the new changes in the new Constitution. Now in my short explain is this; During the election period time of new Constitution the electorates were given hard time to elect their representatives from low levels up to the Presidential level. To start from Head up to the bottom was like this; (1) Presidential election by votes (2) Governors by votes (3) Senators by votes (4) MPs for Constituencies by votes. All those votes had meaning of every section. The two new position in the new Constitution has its powers above the Parliamentarians if they dont know about it.The members of Parliament are representatives of their Constituencies and sit together to find out issues of the all constituencies and work on the issue how the thing can work and after their recommendation, they have to forward to the Senators to see if that is the correct way to deal with the issue. Then the Senate which is between the Central Government and County Government will sign on that point after weighing the use of the project in the laws of the Country. Senators are like Prefects in School to guide other Students. Therefore they are above the MPs.This is new Kenya but not the old impunity of narrow thinking.(SSR).
