Keppel school board member Georgia Halliman plays for the camera ...repeating the word RAPIST over and over again in a crowded IHOP full of children. She stood.up and attempted to incite violence against a small group of people that were simply discussing ideas regarding how the community can expand on Libertys contract during Hubbarts stay in the AV. WE were never given a voice when it came to creating his contract so we are creating our own list of needs for Hubbart to agree to. And this Keppel School Board member wanted a whole restaurant to turn on us. She was told to leave. I call this words of incitement...not free speech. She said dont let them sit here ...what was she trying to get them to do to us?
