Kethi may have lost the legitimacy test but her case has once again brought to the fore the rot that is the IEBC and the irreparable flaws that characterized the March, 2013 elections. Take for instance the fact that in Karen wea Kethi supposedly registered, 500 potential voters were turned away from voting since someone had rubbed their names off the register yet the turnout was higher than the registered voters. The elections were a sham n so I will never recognize the beneficiaries of the sham.
