Kevin Smith was the recipient of Wiggin and Dana LLP’s Annual Pro Bono Achievement Award. Wiggin and Dana selects recipients for this annual award based on their outstanding dedication to, and achievement in, pro bono work. In January 2014, at the request of the federal court, Kevin tried a Section 1983 case involving a claim of police brutality after settling with a co-defendant before trial.
