Keys to tonights game- 1.) Take game One. This is our last home series of the 2014 season. Being able to take game #1 gives us the perfect opportunity to win... heck....maybe even sweep this series. And that would be ending this season strong. We have the perfect guy taking the mound to help us secure the win. Corey Kluber makes his last start, and essentially makes his final case to be the winner of the Cy Young award. What a year Kluber has had.... he seemingly came out of nowhere to take leadership of this teams starting rotation. And tonight, we need him to lead. We all know his outstanding numbers... but let me remind you... He is 17-9, with 227.2 innings pitched. He has racked up 258 strike outs, only walked 49 and has a 2.53 ERA. Make no mistake folks, he is one of the best there is in the game. And he is an Indian. 2.) Get some hits, score some runs. And lets do early in the game, and throughout the game... and why not.. till the very last out. The last time we faced Tampas right hander Chris Archer, it was way back on May 11th. We did beat him by scoring four runs in five innings. So lets repeat some history tonight. Who to watch for....you prolly could have guessed... but our very own All Star: Michael Brantley. He is so stinking close to that 200 hit mark...I selfishly was hoping he would reach it tomorrow when I could be there to see it... but I really think he is going to hit it tonight. But who says he has to stop at 200? :) He has the opportunity to lengthen his MVP resume tonight. While he may not have name recognition.... make no mistake folks... he is one of the best there is in the game... and he is an Indian. 3.) Show up for the home crowd. The fans want to see a few more Tribe wins. And it just so happenes that they have a few more games to play. But in order to win they have to come out with energy, be aggressive and play as a team. We have known all year that there is not one single player that can carry this team to victory. If we want to win it has to be a team effort. Offense, defense and pitching... they have to work together. They all have to do their part. They all have to give the crowed something to cheer for. And make no mistake folks.... we are the best fans in the game.... and we are Indians fans. We are the Tribe. And we want a win! #FinishStrong #ClevelandIndians
