Kick-Starting a three year tracer study on parental involvement in early childhood education in Gulu and Koboko districts, which will be rolled out in 8 districts of Northern Uganda and West Nile. Just had nice Tilapia at the more recent addition: the Bomah Hotel in Gulu. The town boasts of some good new hotels since I was last here a couple of years ago though the feeder roads like many in Ugandas towns need some major attention. It appears the population in the town has also grown following years of peace after the pro-longed war that had turned this place into a place of great uncertainty. Looking forward to interact with the educators, families and children.
