Going to try bicarbonates, fluids, antibiotics & balancing his PH...if that doesnt work then will have to start dialysis tomorrow to help his kidneys. Waiting for blood cultures to grow to see if infection has spread to his blood stream. Monitoring his blood pressure very closely to make sure he isnt septic. If everything goes ok in next 24 hours then eventually he should make a recovery but told to be prepared for a rough road & the just in case. Hoping for a positive & easy next 24 hours. Cancer sucks!!
