Having said that...Tajah is in town for the holiday weekend so she called me and asked if Id like to do brunch with her tomorrow morning. I aint trying to miss no meals so of course I said Affirmative. I went on to say Let me conference Malcolm in to this call and see if he wants to hang out too. She said why do you want to invite him? (all loud) . I was like You mean my...my son...your...your brother? She said yes! (all loud) ...you hang out with him all the time! NOTE -- Malcolm lives, works and goes to college in New York...it was Tajahs idea to go to school in North Korea -- but I digress. I said Well I just thought since I havent seen the both of you together since the debt ceiling crisis was the top story on the news, it would be a good idea. She said cant I have my daddy all to myself sometimes...you dont want to hang out with just me? I said Negatory good buddy. She said what? (all loud...apparently she doesnt speak CB). I didnt want to argue and Ive watched enough episodes of Star Trek to know that it is futile to resist when the Borg come calling...so I just agreed to be assimilated. Got off the phone with her ...called Malcolm just to see what he was doing tomorrow. He said he would be in Long Island most of the day editing his film. I said Good. He said why are you saying it like that, what do you mean good...you doing something and dont want me to go? (OMG, here we go again) No, nothing Malcolm, talk to you later...good bye. Hung up. My phone is currently set on silent mode
