Kids Yoga classes at Hatha Yoga Space!!! Great news! Kids Yoga course is starting in November!!! :-) Join our FREE Kids Yoga Event on November 14 at 4pm! There will be a 30-minutes class following by tea party for kids and their parents! You will have a chance to try our high quality detoxifying tea and healthy no-sugar treats. Our regular Thursday and Saturday Kids Yoga classes are for children from 3 to 6 years old. You are welcome to attend both classes or once a week. Empowered Kidz Yoga (age 3-6) is a playful, uninterrupted, dynamic, themed, fun flowing class combined with creative activities and positive guided visualizations that allow kids to experience the state of yoga (union) through the practice of yoga. These elements combine to create the most favourable environment for learning and total well being. When kids practice yoga they not only become physically fit, they are also alert yet relaxed, brilliant inquirers, caring, committed, disciplined, and focused.
