Kierras praise report... Kierra has been getting blood transfusions for a year now and has to take a medication called Exjade to get rid of the iron overload deposited into her body with blood transfusions. Welp, my insurance company kept calling me to tell me that it is a $3000.00 out of pocket co pay before they could ship the medicine. The doctor told me that it is a MUST HAVE... I didnt panic or get all worried. I stood on the fact that he has never forsaken me or my kids... Why would he now? I know I play ALOT.... But let me tell you... I believe what I believe... I called my insurance company (The pharmacy side) and they stood on the fact that it is $3000.00 out of pocket! CHKD gave me all these numbers to call to get assistance but they couldnt help me. Something said call Aetna again, but this time talk to the medical side.. I did and I told the lady... I need you to direct me to someone who could assist me with getting my baby her medicine... I do not have $3000.00 laying around but I believe that you guys can help me... She placed me on hold and came back and said Ms. Dawson... youve met all of your deductibles... We can ship her meds out at no out of pocket cost to you... I asked no questions.. Verified my shipping address and quickly hung up that phone! The way in which I praised God! I KNOW I am a work in progress... But nothing and nobody can make me believe God doesnt love me and my babies! The tears are swelling as I type so let me get back to work! Thanks to all who pray for me! I really do appreciate and NEED it!
