Killer leg work out done with my trainer Cathy from Coluccio Fitness Leg press -15-20 reps super setted with Swiss Ball wall squats 30 rep then down and hold squat for 20sec 4 Sets of the above Lying hamstring curl -15 reps Walking lunges with weights -20 3 Sets of the Above Squats with bar -20 reps Leg extension -6 heavy -10 moderate 3 Sets of the above Calf raises -15 reps Hip raises -12 reps Crunches -12 reps 3 sets of the above 25mins cardio on treadmil incline 8 speed 5.0 x
