Kim needs your help: Hi i am looking for other parents who may have gone through or going through something similar to me. Im not sure how to break it down so this message may seem a little long.. This is a long post but a shortened version of what is happening.. My boy is 5 yr old and has been poorly since he was 3 days old, in an out of hospital with upper respiratory infections. He suffered from sleep apnea but since having his t an a out he alot better, however he continues not to sleep even with 4mg melatonin. He has always breathed quick and heavy an his pedictiacian put it down to ashtma and rhinitus. With constant chest infections an in an out hospital he has now been referred to another respiratory consultant in July.. Im so nervous as not sure what they are going to say. My boy can do limited exercise but even then becomes out of breath and very red faced. Amount this he has moderate pulmonary stenosis of his heart, which is monitored yearly. Since starting school he has showed extreme behaviours from hitting out, crying a lot, flooding toilets, having an imaginary friend and blanking him a lot for his actions. He also has no balance an poor coordination an concentration, he is not aware of any dangers to himself an will often run off. Im so confused with so much going on, wondered if any one else has or is experiencing similar things especially around the breathing. I just want my little man healthy. Not sure if any1 on this page can help or give advice on anything
