Kimberly K Toohill I went to the Giant Demo at Farmdale last night. It was AWESOME! I made the mistake of riding a sweet, sweet Anthem Advanced 27.5. It was a small mens, and fit me like a glove. It was just plain dreamy!! Unfortunately, it has a $6000+ price tag. Uhg! I did ride the ladys new Lust too, but really loved the fit of the Anthem. The SRAM XX1 1X11drive train was smooth and made shifting almost like a thought. I thought I wanted to shift up or down, and it did it so fast and smoothly, that it was barely more than a thought. I climbed some hills almost effortlesly. But, alas, I cannot afford the bike so I greive. I do want to say that several of the people I knew that were at the event, commented on how much they liked the 27.5 format. Maybe there is something for me still, just not in that $6K range :0) In the mean time, I will continue on with my little 27.5 Jamis and enjoy the ride I have.
