Kindly be informed that the Road Accident Benefit Scheme Bill proposed by Department of Transport is on public comment process.Just read the bill and give your comments...It is said that the objective of the bill is to promote social security and social solidarity...Iam of the view that the Government want to deal away with Attorneys/Advocates in terms of assisting victims/claimants in claiming to the Fund/Scheme...I personally describe the Scheme same as SASSA...it also indicate that it will deal way away with the current system of claiming in a civil action mode..I swea now this goverment baetsa masepa str8...
