Kiowa Jordan Doc makes history again by joining Keith Dillons legendary Perceive and Fred Whiteheads Como as the only three greyhounds in the 90-year history of the Inaugural to win a back to back title. BREAKING NEWS: Kiowa Jordan Doc makes history to become the 3rd greyhound in the 90 year Inaugural stakes to win a back to back title. The old man showed us hes still got it, said trainer John Graham of 2013 All American Kiowa Jordan Doc. Last year Doc(Flying Penske x Kiowa Tiffany) made history in the same stakes by recording the fastest winning time of 30.30. The race was a thriller and Doc had his work cut out for him when he had to make up ground on the fleet-footed Husker Magic that was eyeing the prize. Doc won the stakes by a nose. The four year old male paid $15.20 to win. Last year Kay Smith picked up the All America plaque for the male she co-owns with kennel owner Pauline ODonnell. What a race it was tonight. Presenting the plaque was Alexis Winning and Andrea Winning-both 4th generation family members making the Inaugural meaningful. Congratulations all connections with Doc. The complete order of finish was Kiowa Jordan Doc (ODonnell), Husker Magic (Abernathy), Kiowa George (Patriot), Jacks Timeless (Lashmet), Stylistic (DArcy), JW B Ward (Capabal), Penrose Lobo (Cal Holland) and LKs Wakeeny (Lashmet). AND what is really special is when Doc won the 2013 stakes below Natalie was just a growing baby inside. Now there she is in the pink dress and she is still Docs good luck charm.
