Kirsten Dunlaevy Sydney 29/07/2014 My bf and I travelled with you to Fiji a few months ago, and he got food poisoning on the flight home from the inflight meal. I reached out to you and after repeated messages was told to contact Customer Service. Customer Service informed us we would need to get a note from the doctor confirming he was sick. Weve since done that and emailed it to Customer Service, but have not received a response. After such a lovely trip to Fiji were so disappointed by the service and level of respect weve received from Fiji Airways. We will not be flying with you again.
