Kissed by flame Scotch Fillet Steaks - using just a small amount of charcoal for a low heat, I throw on two fire sticks of natural hard wood. The wood smokes and then catches fire; the flames have enough heat to cook these steaks to a medium rare. Are you liking such tender steaks done more on the rare side? Its melt in your mouth and just a wonderful flavor. Being one of the best steaks you can buy, these scotch fillets (as known in Australia) are also known to the rest of the World as thinly cut Rib Eye steaks.
