Kitty Tale: Miracles Happen This is Sadela. She was rescued as - TopicsExpress

Kitty Tale: Miracles Happen This is Sadela. She was rescued as an underaged kitten from West Valley back in 2008. Against all odds, Sadela survived Panluekopenia not long after she was rescued, a virus that is often fatal for kittens. She was adopted out and returned 3 years later in 2011, eventually becoming a permanent Sanctuary resident. Sadela was a kitty deemed to be relatively unadoptable and it was expected that she would live her life out at our Sanctuary. Many visitors never even knew she was there as Sadela would hide all day long and only appear at night. After all, who would adopt a 6 yr old cat they would rarely see when you can have kittens or lap cats? The photos below are of Sadela in her new forever home who gave her the chance to be someones beloved kitty!! They adore her sweet, quirky personality as she is actually very playful but fiercely adheres to her nocturnal, cautious behavior. We are beyond grateful to the wonderful couple who took a chance on a less adoptable kitty and had room in their heart to give love to a very special cat who just needed someone to understand her. Thank you to all our adopters and especially to the ones who make miracles like this one possible.
