The proceeds from the event will benefit campus revitalization efforts. *** Volunteers are needed.*** For more information call or email Wil Castro at 929-6209 or Marlyn Oberiano at 687-6713. • VOLUNTEERS needed: St. Johns Library (Saturdays Fall Semester) The St. Johns School library is looking for volunteers for Saturdays from 1PM-5PM. Please let the library know by Friday if you will be coming on Saturday. Student volunteers have already helped to make many of the changes that have improved the library. Their participation is greatly appreciated. Please join us this week. Volunteers will get credit for volunteer service hours. Many thanks to the students who have already helped on Saturdays and those who will join us. [This is an approved event for which service credit may be applied for students on the tuition assistance program.] • Bring in those old phone books so we can get a head start on this years Phone Book Round Up competition. Indicate your name and House color on anything you bring in. We have finished sending out letters to hotels, and are working on Gov Guam agencies next. If you have a family member or friend affiliated with any Guam hotel, now is the time to ask for their support. We now have over 2,300 phone books! Club members need to do the jobs they signed up for on a regular basis.Pearson • Night Library takes place from 6-8 pm in the LRC any night before a school day. Night Library is for students who want a quiet place to work. This is NOT a place for socializing. Gum chewing is not allowed.
