Knowing I was looking at estimates from engineers saying my basement work was going to cost anywhere from $30,000 to $40,000, I was not only glad that Midstate Basement Authorities/Leach & Son Contracting came in with a lower estimate, but they took the time to explain exactly why it was lower, what theyd do, why they wouldnt do somethings and would do others. They worked closely with SnugPlanet--a third party providing foam insulation--and with me and my tenants in the house to make sure everyone was kept up to date, informed, and handled all the snags we ran into with calm. As expensive projects that a homeowner really doesnt want to take on go, this one went spectacularly thanks to Eric Leach and Cynthia Goss.
