Knowledge Musona appears to be nearing a deal to stay in South Africa with Kaizer Chiefs after his German club, Hoffenheim, announced the signing of forward Steven Zuber on Thursday. The 22-year-old joined from Russian champions, CSKA Moscow, on a four year deal, paving the way for Musona to exit the Bundesliga club. On Wednesday night, Chiefs coach Stuart Baxter said he was confident of securing Musonas signature before the close of the transfer window. “We think everything is clear and Knowledge is on his way back. Itll give us a few more options, another dimension,” Baxter said in Nelspruit, following Amakhosis 2-1 win over Mpumalanga Black Aces.
