Knowledge2share: Did you know this? Polo the clothing sold in South Africa is not the original US Polo Ralph Lauren. The difference is the SA logo used by Polo the horse is turning right and the US version which was founded 10years before South Africas Polo, the horse is turning left...now, this is confusing to u and I. The Polo SA brand is listed in sum stores as an international brand and priced as such...which is not true basically. Ralph Lauren is barred from selling clothes in SA according to sum agreement, only just perfume. So if u buy a Polo item, just know that u not buying the American version of Polo Ralph Lauren. This is not to say the SA version is fake, NO. Its just not the original Polo Ralph Lauren founded in 1967...and I must admit, looking at my wardrobe, I think Ive been fooled...and today Im wearing a white Polo shirt worth over a grand and damn yes its not Ralph Lauren...#consumer psychology it is...
