Koa is a very special boy with quite a bit of personality! Shortly after we got Koa he became extremely ill. His kidneys shut down and he was knocking at deaths door. We made the decision to put him to sleep but the morning of his appointment he was back to his happy and exhuberant self...and we just couldnt do it. So Koa was given a second chance and within two weeks he gained 15lbs and his kidneys were back up into the normal ranges!! He does have some special things like he has to have a special diet for the time being. He isnt on any medications though which is great! At just a year old Koa is still quite the puppy and we would love to finally see him in a great home! If you are interested in adopting Koa please email us at rescueadogtoday@gmail
