Kobes exit interview confirmed my crazy theory about the Lakers plans. 1. DAntoni was brought in to implement a style of play to inflate bad players stats, raising asset value for trades, and staying entertaining for their media partners. 2. DAntoni will be fired and replaced by a more defensive-minded coach who will utilize Pau in the post. 3. Nash will be amnestied, since retiring would keep his high salary on the cap, and obviously his career is over with that chronic nerve root issue. 4. Lakers will land a big-time Free-Agent one way or another this summer and the next. 5. They are tanking for lottery picks. Duh! 6. Pau is going to re-sign on a heavy pay-cut. 7. Lakers will lose 1st/2nd round in the playoffs next year, make Finals 2016 for Kobes last shot at his 6th Ring. If they win, Kobe will re-sign on a 1- or 2-year contract.
