Kokua Puna!!! #KOKUAPUNA ALERT While help is on its way, there is still need is some of the hardest hit areas while these crews make their way there to fix the power. TOMORROW (MONDAY Aug 11th) the Nanawale Community Association will be accepting donations of ICE, WATER, NON-PERISHABLE FOODS, GENERATORS, INVERTER GENERATORS, TARPS and other supplies at their offices from 8 - 4:30 at 14-855 Kehau Ave. Pahoa, HI 96778 that will then be distributed throughout the community and surrounding areas. You may also send non-tax deductible monetary gifts to this association that will surely be put to good use if you wish to do so. They are also coordinating the removal of trees to help people get out from their houses and streets for those who may still be trapped by trees for anyone who may want to volunteer for that effort.
