I wish every leader should respect his/her education level. Governor does not allocate funds in county government but the members of county assembly. administrators are the one to implement what has been passed in assembly. Any public officer is audited always as long as still holding a public office or less he or she quit peoples offices. Constitution gives powers to every citizen represented in the two levels of government deserves to be told the truth which is a right by itself well captured in bills of right. Government/Their resources can be oversighted by elected leaders, citizens collectively or individually, no query over there!. electorates are becoming more and more treated every hour let us dont play jokes on them.
