For the check of infective eggs the mother butterfly is post-martemed . If any disease found in mother butterfly the eggs are not used. Only disease free eggs are taken for next procedure. After these eggs are kept in room which contains 25-28 Degree Celsius Temperature and 60-85% Humidity . Small insects (Crimies) comes out size of 5mm after 8 days . The Crimies depends on a special kind of plant for their meal . They depends on two type of plants known as Arjuna and Shaja . This plants are Six feet in height . The Crimies are ready for production in 1-1/2 Months . The Crimie are sleeps first 24 Hours after they keep in trees first time. And during sleeping period he left his skin as a Snake and repeats it 4 times . After 12 Days they produce Thread from their Mouth ( Its like a Yellow-White Liquid ) which they Rolled-Up their bodies and make a solid cover which is known as Cocoon shell . Crimies turn them-self into PUPA in Cocoon shell and comes out from Cocoon shell and then Cocoon shell is again used for re-cycling the process of reproduction. Some of Cocoon shell is taken out for re-cycling of re-production process while rest of them are kept into High Temperature Machine ( In 300 Degree Celsius for about Three Hours ) before the Crimies comes out from Cocoon shell . The result is that the Crimies died inside Cocoon shell and the Cocoon shell are ready for making Kosa Thread.
