Kristen Marie Snipas Zeches, age 46, passed away Tuesday evening, September 10, 2013. She was born in Erie, November 28, 1966, a daughter of JoAnn Saunders and the late Robert W. Snipas. Kris was a 1985 graduate of North East High School. She was a supervisor at WQLN Public Broadcasting where she worked for 14 years. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Ken Zeches; her children, Erika Allen, Rachel Zeches, Danielle Churchill, Laurel Zeches, Matthew Allen, Caleb Zeches; and her grandson, Colton Churchill. She is also survived by her siblings, Laura, Amanda and Nicholas. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Snipas. Friends may call at the G. R. Bailey Funeral Home, 4396 Iroquois Avenue, Lawrence Park, Saturday evening from 6 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 8:00 p.m. Burial will be private.
