Kristin Camille Scott asked Hi, I need advice and Im hoping some of y could help. My baby just turned one a few days ago, she is the sweetest thing you could ever meet. When she was little, I took her everywhere with me and always exposed her to positive encounters with other dogs and people. She was always timid at first around people, but as she got bigger, that shyness turned into aggression. And this is towards anybody she doesnt know! I cant even walk her anymore because she goes ballistic and will try her hardest to charge at people even when theyre not even near her. I just dont know what to do. Currently I live in Germany but I am moving back to the states in June, and am hoping to get a trainer to fix this. But until then, is there anything I can do? And this is my first Great Dane, not first dog/pet though. Any advice is needed. Thank you!
