Kudos to Nicole, cashier/server at Chefette Restaurants Limited in Oistins. Afternoon of October 28. I pull up to the drive thru, must give the mini-tenders a shot! I ask the squawk box if the Hawaiian Mustard Sauce has pineapple in it. Response, hold on sir, let me check. About 20 seconds later, I am told it doesnt sir. Great, so tenders please with the Hawaiian Mustard Sauce (I like mustard). I get to the pick up window, Nicole says, my apologies sir, I was misinformed, that sauce does in fact have pineapple in it, and I figured you are allergic, would you like the Garlic Sauce instead? Thanks. She fixes me up, briskly, smiles, apologizes yet again and we bid each other a pleasant day. The tenders were awesome! I barely tasted the sauce, maybe I should have just asked for plain mustard, but that is an easy throw away in any case. Nicole, you were indeed a pleasant surprise in the service industry landscape of this country!
