He said that they have cut off electricity to areas controlled by ISIS including Mosul and its surrounding villages. Mosul province in Iraq was captured by ISIS gangs at the beginning of June this year and they have made it a centre for their terrorist operations. The electricity sector has been affected by the political and economic situation in Iraq, especially in Federal Kurdistan Region, where many areas have been bought under the control of ISIS gang groups throughout this year.
