Kuwait: International gang arrested for hacking ATM cards General Department for Criminal Investigation arrested Members of an international gang from Eastern Europe for hacking ATM cards. According to Al-Watan Arabic daily report, the gang members arrived the country and used a kind of a device to copy the data of customers who use the ATM to withdraw money and then use this information to steal their money. The daily added the suspects were wearing national clothes to evade arrest. However, they were taken into custody based on a picture taken by a CCTV camera standing in front of a local bank.
