Kwacha constituency needs; 1. Kapoto Buchi kwacha East road. 2. Proper drainage in ipusukilo market. 3. Bulangililo police post. 4. Bulangililo mosque road or kazembe. 5. Completion of mufuchani bridge. 6. Play grounds for youths in kapoto. 7. Good water and sanitation for kwacha residents. 8. Street vendors at kapoto market or night sellers (who have no place to sell at) a place for them. 9. Good toilets and water for the residents in ..ipusukilo, musonda, siame and many others. 10. Resource centre for the youths to minimize the level of beer drink and drug addiction. . These and many other things are making me suffer to see my people suffering from selfish leaders. Thanks.
