LAST DAY TO TURN IN FUNDRAISER MONEY IS TOMORROW!! We require that each registered FAMILY sell (4) tickets to our summer fundraiser. All families, including Instructional players, are required to participate in the Summer Fundraiser. The cost of each ticket is $10.00 and the promotions for the evening are “Fill ‘R Up Friday” and Illinois Operation Lifesaver. All domestic draft beer is just $1.25 and bottled domestic beer is $2.25 all night long. Also, the kids get to run the bases after the game! One member of the family that sells the most number of tickets will have the opportunity to throw out the first ball to one of the players on the field. The team which sells the most tickets will join the Thunderbolts on the field for the National Anthem. The names of all the children will be announced and they may bring any items they would like autographed with them on the field for the players to sign. This year, we will no longer be taking orders for the tickets, with tickets being disbursed at a later time. Instead, you will purchase the tickets and receive them at the same time. Seats will be on a “First Come, First Serve” basis. Tickets will be disbursed in the Concession Stand only: Wednesday, August 6th from 6:00 p.m. til 8:00 p.m. Cash, Credit or checks accepted. Checks should be made payable to “Southwest Ball Hockey”. Deadline for payment will be Wednesday, August 6th. NO EXCEPTIONS. There are a limited number of additional tickets, so don’t delay purchasing. Any unsold tickets will be returned to The Thunderbolts on Thursday August 7th and WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE for last minute purchases. Players whose families have not purchased tickets by August 6th will be suspended from playing and will be required to pay the $40 Fundraising fee prior to participation in any games and/or events.
