LAST MINUTE VOTERS: heres some important information. First, dont be confused by the difference between Oregon and Washington laws. In Oregon, ballots must be returned by 8PM on Tuesday. Here in Washington, they just need to be postmarked by Tuesday; in the last midterm election (2010), over 10,000 ballots were received by Clark County Elections AFTER voting day. All they have to be is postmarked. Or, you can drop if off at the County Elections office Monday or Tuesday during the day (1408 Franklin Street, just south of Mill Plain), or at the permanent RED BALLOT BOX located on 14th Street just east of Franklin Street. On Election Day, there are a lot of ballot dropoff locations (keep in mind, these are only during Election Day, Tuesday, November 4). The link below contains an interactive map and list of locations, so it is easy to find one near you. The map (from County Elections) is set up so you can click on it and get directions to the dropoff location. So, please vote! https://google/maps/ms?hl=en&msid=208549685341218298797.0004d8c3b63f30865de8f&msa=0&ie=UTF8&t=m&ll=45.724398,-122.546997&spn=0.249264,0.383148&z=10&source=embed&dg=feature
