LATEST NEWS: CHANGE OF STRATEGY TO SAVE PET SOCIETY as posted on Please save Pet Society by LINA BURKHOLDER: Dear members! We’ve been fighting a long time now by giving EA hard times and I’m glad to announce that our actions have paid off! Why? A few days ago, I got a phone call from a guy working at Facebook. He knew about all our steps made to save Pet Society, our groups, our websites, our guidelines. He told me that PLAYFISH IS WILLING TO GIVE PET SOCIETY ANOTHER GO, but the decision still has to pass board. In fact, one of Playfish’s CEO is Peter Moore’s brother, Ron Moore! The mass attack against Peter Moore has reached out to them. If everything worked out well, OUR FAVOURITE GAME WOULD BE BACK ONLINE BY NEW YEAR! But no promise could be made since this Facebook guy doesn’t work for EA, so all we can do meanwhile is SHOWING HOW MUCH WE LOVE PET SOCIETY. THIS IS OUR NEW STRATEGY. This Facebook guy also informed me that we need to stop attacking EA and their partners (Disney, Mc Donalds, etc) by tweeting nasty things like “f-ing b*tards”. Instead, we could tweet how much we miss our pets and want Pet Society back. Even without this new hope, I would seriously ask you to stop using foul language to attack EA, it’s not necessary to use such nasty language to make your point. SO THIS IS WHERE WE ARE TODAY! CHANCES TO SEE OUR PETS AGAIN ARE NOW BIGGER THAN EVER THANKS TO ALL OUR ACTIONS! A SPECIAL THANKS goes to TRACEY GRAVELLE who contacted Peter Moore and sent him her Pet Society video with the plea to give us back our game. And yes, I did tell that guy that I would take EA to court about the money invested in the game if things do not work out, he knew about that too! He said we did quite a bit of research on that and that we might actually win that! SO, FROM NOW ON, LET’S STOP BASHING ON EA (BUT WE CONTINUE TO BOYCOTT THEM!) AND START SHOWING HOW MUCH WE LOVE PET SOCIETY BY ALL MEANS! I take this occasion to THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT and HOPE THAT WE CAN MEET OUR PETS AGAIN IN DUE TIME AND HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR!
