LATEST UPDATE on Carol Terra (10/7) Good grief, could we actually be nearing the end of this mishegas? :) Carol came home on Saturday, and is now doing her exercises to get her left hand back to 100%. Were taking advantage of the proximity of the Nashua River Rail Trail and the autumn foliage to take walks in order to build up her leg strength. She sets the pace and distance, and yesterday we walked a mile, so yes, things are looking promising :) She has an appointment with her regular physician at the end of this week, then next week has an appointment with the neurologist who, if hes sufficiently impressed with her recovery, will give her a clean bill of health, enabling her to do things like go back to work, drive a car, and operate a portable rocket launcher. Normalcy, at least as defined by the House of Terra, seems within our grasp! :-D And since people have also asked this as well: Yeah, Im doing okay. These days, Im keeping things running on the home and work front, and dealing with the paperwork end of the whole matter. God help me, I think the paperwork is actually all done for now!! Heres hoping that the next update title wont read LATEST UPDATE but rather LAST UPDATE! :-D
